New Things [Since it doesn't belong anywhere else] — Aishy @ 5:15 pm

I finally used my harmony needles. See, I want the full options set so I ordered both kinds of tips and a set of cords so I could try them out. I still haven’t made up my mind. But I do like these, a lot.

And my second new thing is the book Knitting On The Edge. I have checked this out from the library more than once. I figured it was about time to add it to my bookshelf. So when Joanne’s had 40% off books, and a free shipping code, I went ahead and ordered it. I even got cute and wrote "Happy Birthday" in the gift message area.

[on the needles, Two sticks, Some string, And a group of women, Participating] — Aishy @ 1:28 pm

I helped with a group project recently (I mentioned the square here I think), that was in the works since January, and only found out this month it was all a lie. I mean, who this group blanket was for was a lie. It was for a baby due in the spring, MY baby. We just adore the blanket, I can’t even express how much. I’ll have to post photos soon, they are still in the camera at the moment.

I’m working on a baby kimono for a little girl due in ? September I think… It is turning out really cute.

I’m also working on a bunny blankie buddy or whatever it’s called, I just have to knit the ears. And add a face. I needed something ’summer’ for a baby due SOON. I am also going to knit a cotton nb hat for him.

Obviously I’m in gift-knitting mode because thats all that is In Progress at the moment. There is plenty OTN that I have "hibernating" I really really need to pull out moms shawl and get to work on it, her birthday is October and that is a good goal for finishing you think???
